The XT PDF Mail Merge is a program that allows you save hours of work by automatically creating multiple unique PDFs using a template created on Excel, as well as an Excel spreadsheet with data. To use this program you'll need a Windows computer, Excel 2000 or later and Adobe Reader which is Free.

You need very basic knowledge of how Excel works, including how to reference a cell and how to change the size and shape of cells, as you will need to design the template for your PDF.

Free Lite Version

We recommend the free Lite Version if you only have to create fewer than 10 PDFs and are not likely to have to work with the program several times. If neither the Lite Version nor the Full Version meet all of your needs please contact us to talk about customization options.
